You can track your order by visiting the "Track Your Order" page. We also send periodic updates via email, including tracking numbers and inventory updates. Should I enter my mobile number at checkout?
We recommend entering your mobile number at checkout to ensure smooth and efficient delivery. Keeping your phone accessible will help facilitate faster delivery.

How soon will I receive my package after placing an order?
Delivery time is divided into two parts:

  • Processing Time: within 24 hours

  • Shipping Time: 7-25 business days (depending on the shipping method and destination)

Total delivery time = Processing time + Shipping time

Processing Time: This is the time it takes for us to prepare your items for shipment. Processing times may vary depending on the product category and order volume.

My package has been lost or stolen.
If your package has been lost, stolen, or marked as delivered but not received, please contact us within 10 days to file a claim. We will help you complete the claims process with the carrier. Please note that claims may take up to 30 days to resolve, depending on the carrier. Hiker-footwear is not responsible for packages reported as delivered by the carrier and does not issue refunds or credits for packages confirmed as delivered.

Out-of-Stock Items
If one or more items in your order are out of stock, we will ship the rest of your order and notify you via email about the next steps for the out-of-stock item.


Shipping Cost

Shipping cost is based on the order value, as larger and heavier orders will incur higher shipping costs.

  • Orders under $69: Shipping cost of $7.85

  • Orders over $69: Free shipping

We highly recommend placing an order of more than $69 to enjoy free shipping and save more.

Shipping costs for heavier products, such as tactical vests and certain boots, will differ and will be clearly specified on the product page.

  1. Delivery Time (approximately 8-14 working days depending on the country):

    • Duration from our international shipping center to the delivery location
    • Once the item is picked up from the warehouse, it will take 8-14 working days* to be delivered to the destination in:
      • USA
      • Canada
      • Australia

    *Please note that all shipping times exclude delays due to customs and duties. Delays may occur during peak seasons such as New-Year/New-Me Promotions, Black Friday, or Valentine's Day.
