Hiker-footwear 30-Day Return & Exchange Policy

We are proud to offer a 30-day unconditional return and exchange policy for most items in new condition. To ensure your items qualify for return or exchange, please carefully review the following conditions:


Return & Exchange Conditions

a. Items must be unworn, undamaged, unwashed, and include all original labels and packaging. If any of these conditions are not met, the buyer will be responsible for all associated fees (including order and shipping fees), and no refund will be issued.

b. Returns or exchanges must be requested within 30 days of receiving your order.

c. We do not offer Freight To Collect (FTC) service. If you wish to return an item for personal reasons, you will be responsible for the return shipping cost. However, if the return is due to an error on our part, we will cover the shipping fees.

d. Items must not be returned directly without prior notification.


Return & Exchange Process

Step 1: Email our customer service team at support@hiker-footwear.com to request a return authorization and return address. Please include your order number and the reason for your return.

Step 2: After receiving your return/exchange request, our customer service team will send you detailed return/exchange instructions. Please follow these instructions to complete your return or exchange.

For returns or exchanges due to sizing issues, please provide clear photos showing the product's measurements and contact us via email to begin the process.


Order Cancellation

To cancel an order, please submit a cancellation request to support@hiker-footwear.com as soon as possible.

  • Orders canceled within 24 hours of purchase but before shipment will receive a partial refund minus a 15% cancellation fee.

  • Cancellation requests will not be accepted once the order has been shipped.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will email you to confirm receipt and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, the refund will be processed and automatically credited to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • If you haven’t received your refund within this timeframe, please check with your bank and credit card company, as processing times may vary.

  • If you still haven't received your refund after checking with them, feel free to reach out to us at support@hiker-footwear.com.
